Green Power Breakfast Smoothie
1 cup Rader Farms Fresh Start Daily Power Fusion
1 cup of coconut water
1/2 a banana
2 tablespoons of chia seed
1 tablespoon of flax seed
Preparation:BLEND! – I prefer to use my magic bullet because it’s a nice single serving that also doubles as a cup that I can take to go with me and easy to clean.

Preparation:Simply add Rader Farms Daily Power Fresh Start Fusion as a topping for salad and enjoy!
1 or 2 cups of Fresh Start Daily Power fusion
6 Boneless thighs
1 small tablespoons of honey (if you like not required)
2 tablespoons of butter
Salt and pepper as desired
Preparation:Mix Honey Salt and Pepper in a Baking Dish put the chicken rub the Honey paste into the Chicken slice the onion (as much or little ass you want) add the Power Fusion you can add a half cup or water or chicken broth bake at 350* for 1 hour to 1:15 min. You can serve with white rice mac n cheese or any side dish you like
2 cups packed Rader Farms Daily Power
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup water
Preparation:Combine the coconut milk, ½ cup water, the 2 cups Rader Farms Daily Power, and banana in a blender and puree until smooth, about 1 minute, adding more water to reach the desired consistency. Enjoy!!
